countertenor Andrew Radley
specialises in the great opera roles written for the alto castrato
voice by Handel and other leading composers of the 18th century and the
Renaissance.
He has sung the titles role in Handel's great operas Flavio, Tamerlano and
Orlando, Joachim in Handel’s
Susanna and Gandarte in Handel's Poro, as well as Orfeo in
Gluck’s Orfeo ed Euridice.
